My pleasure. The easier option would be for me to create a mold for you, if you can think of something cheap I could use to do the job. I've got some silicone stuff I use for small parts, but it would probably take more than one container to do a mold this big and it costs about $30 a box. I've got some two part epoxy I use for wood repair, but that stuff will likely stick to and remove the paint. Not cheap, but far less than the silicone based stuff.
