Interior Color Opinions
Hey guys. So I have a 1979 that originally had the Oyster interior. This car is in NO WAY original, it is just my fun little hotrod at this point (built motor, lowered, 18" wheels, etc...). And I finally decided to tackle the interior. The current interior was in pretty rough shape. I tore out all the old carpet and just finished putting in a black carpet kit. I have black C5 seats in the car as well.
The rest of the car (dash, steering wheel, doors, etc...) is still oyster in color. I was planning on just dying them black, but I'm feeling like that is just going to be way too dark on the interior. Any of you guys do any sort of two-tone interior look? I'm thinking about dying them more of a grey color instead, but I'm afraid it might end up looking bad.
