Any one out there have a rear hanger for a 77 vette Thats the one after the cat and attaches at two points on the frame and the are strips of rubber and a cradle on bottom . Used or new okay

Like this one, available from Zip? I replaced mine when I replaced the exhaust. I still have the old one but the 40 year old rubber is in tough shape.

You are right around the corner from me. Who did your exhaust in CT. I want to get my car in this week but the rear y pipe is hanging to low to drive . Would you be willing to part with yours i am no lonnger supporting that heavy cat so that would be a great help to me.

It's all yours if you want to come get it. I'll PM you later.
I did my own exhaust, only aft of the CAT, Y-pipe and mufflers.
Just FYI, I do mostly my own work but if there's something I can't or just don't want to do, I've been using Corvette Center in Newington.

What size of exhaust pipe does that support hold? It looks like I could fabricate something to hold the exhaust pipes at the tranny crossmember instead of that large stock assembly that bolts to the transmission mount.
