It would depend on what year C10 you're looking at, but I believe all the mounts would have to fabricated as none of the early C3 mounts would work. You might be able to use that later batwing IRS. Would be easier to fab the mounts and use the 4 links for the trailing arms.
There was a company that used to build Street Rod frames with C3 rear suspension, but I believe the just do C4 & C5/C6 now. The built their own trailing arms and crossmember.
Ought to be pretty easy. The hardest part might be figuring out if the C3 trackwidth is close enough to the S-10 trackwidth, or if you'll need custom wheels or custom length halfshafts and camber strut rods.
