Default 69 door panel lock bezel question

What sort of fastener holds the lock bezel in place on the back of the door panel. The posts aren't threaded so maybe some kind of speed nut? Can't find anything in the catalogues.

Thanks for the reply and good idea, but the vendors all sell these bezels and it doesn't seem that they are drilled and tapped so there must be an easier way. Will probably end up doing what you did.

Looks like the repops are drilled and tapped like you did. Ok thanks again.
