Borla Service?
A question for those who have bought from and asked for technical service from Borla, the muffler designer & manufacturer:
Did they provide you with satisfactory service when requested?

I had a set on my C4, and backing up I hit muffler, and damaged it at the end, I called Borla, and and explained I needed a right muffler. They asked for proof I bought them, which I faxed to them, three weeks I received a UPS package with set of new mufflers.
Then my tech couldn't separate the mufflers from the Y-pipe, and called them up to buy new one, there rep said no problem, and FEDX a new pipe free of charge.
When everything was done I called and spoke to them, about shipping everything back to them, they said toss the Y-pipe, and they e-mailed a free shipping label for the return of my damaged set of mufflers.
When they say lifetime warranty, they mean it.
That's why I bought set for my C6, there customer service was the best I ever had to deal with, wish other company ran has sooth has Borla.

My bro-in-law had a Borla exhaust on his '03 Tacoma for over 10 years. Muffler went on it. He had his original receipt and Borla replaced free of charge including shipping from the US to Canada. Great company!
