Does yours have air? Cuz AC compressor goes up high on right, won't interfere with this setup, but we gotta find out which pulley-belt it will go to. This setup DOES use the short Corvette water pump. So, I gotta put balancer and water pump on and double check the belts with no raw water pump and figure out where and how A/C will connect.
A/c pump is on the passenger side

I know, but it's a question of which pulley the AC belt goes on. Whether or not it has to be strong with one of the other ones.

To my knowledge there wasn't a tall deck (10.2) 454 block....the 366 and 427 were the ones that came in tall deck. 454 blocks should be standard deck (9.8). The labeling process of block and head castings was somewhat confusing HI-PERF, PASS, TRUCK were all used. A truck block has potentially a better likely hood of having 4-bolt mains.

my 78 454 pick up motor is 2 bolt cast crank. I really doubt one could realistically fit a tall deck motor in a corvette. they are all 4-bolt and all steel cranks. not sure but I think they were the ones labeled TRUCK. and by truck, they meant C-40 on up, not pick ups. big tall piston with 3 compression rings...

That is not a tall deck block, plain as day a normal bbc. If you don't know what you're talking about please refrain from chiming in and stressing the OP out.

A tall deck block is easy to identify. The upper water pump bolts are 1/4 inch below the deck. The standard 9.8 deck block, the same bolts are just below the deck.

I was saying tall deck truck motors are not pick up truck motors. And tall decks wont fit in a vette. Sorry you misunderstood me. I see no indication anybody else did. Also saying coming from a pick up doesn't mean you are gonna get a 4 bolt. Although rereading my post I can see some reason for confusion...
