Excuse me, is this spot taken,?
Found this on the interweb. Not sure who to blame. I know I would be unhappy, if I returned to my vette and found this. On the flip side we don't leave corvettes unattended in a parking lot.

I park mine like a normal person and haven't had anything done to it yet. First month I had it I parked away from everyone else and almost always had someone parked next to it when I came out. Parking like the white vette in the picture is just asking someone to mess with it in my opinion. If you go to a place where 5 cars outa 6 are a Prius and the 6th one is a Subaru then you might want to park in the parking lot next door.

if you wanna take 2 spots, don't take the 2 right by the door. at least he didn't have his driver's door right up against the vette. Lincoln tunnel. Newark. both of them from north joisey...

The vette owner returning to his car is on youtube.
Just google.... corvette jeep parking.
When he returned to his car he didn't know he was on candid camera.
The glasses came off and the drivers side inspection started.
Park that way and you're just asking for trouble.

Whether I'm driving my truck, my wife's car or the Corvette, I park out in no mans land. I will take two spots if the parking lot has plenty of parking spots, but if the lot is near full, I'll go park next door.
I wouldn't take two spots up front or if the lot is mostly full. That is rude.
If you get caught vandalizing someone else's property, be prepared to go to jail or the hospital if someone decides to serve street justice.

Just another Corvette guy
Totally agreed on this one.
This is the kind of behavior that makes people think all Corvette owners are ********.

I disagree, if you are in the back of a half empty Walmart parking lot what is the big deal? Prevents someone from parking next to you (preferably), and avoids potential door dings. People can see you clearly don't want anyone parking next to you and they still have plenty of places to park. Although I obviously disagree with the vette owner in this situation.

Imagine everyone in that same Walmart (by the way I hate Walmart, and would never shop there) parking lot, believing their car is something special, and dictate that same mentality, so that same parking lot has now shrunk down to half of its size. Business's have certain criteria they must follow in all areas, and size of parking lots are relevant.
Why, by the way do you need to take up two spaces, when you are way back where it is empty anyway?
I stand by..it is never acceptable to take up two spaces!

This picture has been a very popular subject for threads over the last couple years.
And every one is a “2 spots” argument.

The "big deal" is, it is rude, inconsiderate, arrogant, and sheds a bad light on all of us Corvette owners.
