Default Speedometer "Adapter"

Hi, I have 1973 L-82 with Muncie gear box. It came from the factory with what must be intended to correct the speedometer. It has the part number 1565211 stamped on it and there is a small nylon part I think it is called a key, part number 6476970. Does anyone manufacture a reproduction? Is there a speedometer gear that I can use and eliminate this altogether? Tried to upload photos no luck will try again later
Thanks!

I just wanted to let you all know I located the issue. The "key" was not inserted into the "adapter" completely so the speedo cable would not turn. Just checked the car and all seems well but I am still interested in locating both Part 1565211 and 5476970. "just in case"
Thanks again
