Former C3 owner (71 LT-1 convertible), and I'm considering another C3 convertible.

I do not have the time, tools, or expertise to build the car. So I'd be looking for an honest and qualified man/shop to do the build.

Here's what I'd like:
-Find a worthy car (straight frame good body etc)
-do a frame off non NCRS restoration. Numbers do not matter.
-new motor (crate?)
-new / rebuilt trans
-new running gear
-new under hood components
-new suspension & brakes
-new exhaust
-new seals gaskets rubber
-new / reconditioned trim inside and out
-new paint
-new chrome/rechrome
-new interior
-new top
-new wheels & tires

I guess what I'm Looking by for is "resto mod"? A driver. No show or judged car. Stock interior. Paint of my choice (may not be a Vette or Chevy color). Cragar or Torque Thrust wheels on radials.
I'd like it clean. Simple (power steering , brakes and A/C would be great). New or reconditioned everything.

Thoughts? What y'all think this would cost?

find one already done at BJ/MEACUM,,it would cost way less

You are no doubt correct.

But, if I knew a quality shop and the "cost way less" was palatable...it would be a enjoyable endeavor.
