I used EBC rotors and pads on my friends 71 big block - they are amazing and with AMAZON it only cost around $200 for the fronts.. they are listed as a set - pads and rotors on AMAZON.
I have them on my HHR and they made a real difference.
They come in 3 different pad styles - normal to very aggressive.

If the car is a driver and not for track use, since you mentioned Rock Auto I would probably just get the powerstop drilled and slotted rotors from there. Good product at a good price. More than adequate for street use.
