Glue for wheel caps.

Default Glue for wheel caps.
I have a set of 20 plus year old Torque Thrust II wheels. Great looking. Anyway the center caps are glued on. They will come off today when my new tires are balanced. What can I use to glue them back on with? They are plastic and the wheels aluminium. Any help appreciated.

Default Silicone RTV
I used this Permatex clear silicone RTV on the plastic caps of my '80. Stuck immediately and have been on for years. No problem. Easy to use and clean.
