Default Center caps

My 77 has a set of vintage Torque Thrust II wheels. Any suggestions on where I can get snap on center caps? My current ones are glued on. Thanks in advance.

I have never seen American Torque Thrust I's or II's with glued on center caps. The center caps are mounted with 5 small screws.

The newer ones are screw on. These are old with what was originally snap in center caps. I had American slotted dish wheels on my 71 Roadrunner and they had snap in center caps. If all else fails I can glue them on again.

The first set of "American" torque thrust I bought was in 1966 and they were screw on then and as far as I know "American's" always have been.
Maybe you're talking about an off brand.

My mistake on the wheels. They are American Racing 200s.

Torque Thrust D and Torque Thrust II wheels used caps attached by screws, but some of their other wheels, such as the 200S (the "daisy" wheel) and the Torque Thrust Custom, do use a snap on cap.

I would contact American Racing directly, to see if they can help you. Also, Summit lists all kinds of American Racing center caps, on their website.

We use these American Racing wheels, with snap on caps, on the 65 vintage racer I crew on. I believe these are the Torque Thrust Customs. American Racing still makes these caps. This cap is also used on their 200S wheel.
