Searching the web today and came across this 1970 corvette convertible (that sold in a auction around 8 years ago). I'm not 100% sure but I think it's my old 70 that I sold 25 years ago repainted in it's original color.
Vin number not listed but it was 5377.
Anyone here recognize it?
Wow....Just got confirmation from the auction company that the VIN is indeed 5377. Can't believe that after all these years...
Wonder where it is now?
Any help?

Interesting story. I had something similar happen to me. My first brand new car was a 1971 Chevelle SS454. Not exactly a great "daily driver", for several reasons, and I traded it off in 1973.
The second owner was someone I worked with, and he kept it for a couple of years. He also decided it wasn't a great daily driver, as gas costs were going up, so he decided to sell it. I didn't find out soon enough, otherwise I would have made him an offer on it. (seller's remorse) Instead, a friend of someone else we worked with, bought the car.
I always wondered what happened to the car, and every once in a while, I'd look on E-Bay. Sure enough, 2 years ago, in January of 2016, I saw it on E-Bay, at a used car dealer in Maryland.
