Well I finally took a hair dryer to the dash area around the small gauge console and it worked. It fits in there very nicely now.
Still no radio yet. Not too concerned as I like hearing the motor over music. New sun visors installed too. Glove box is completely installed.
Going to work on the horn mechanism in the steering wheel next then sound/heat barrier and carpet and seats.
Also removed the really dark tint from the rear window. Half way through I discovered it is much easier to lay on my back and work up. It has some Goo Gone on the window in this picture but most of the glue came off already. I may put a lighter tint on at some time later.
