Guy I knew had a Pantera like that. RUSTY AS HELL!!! Made everything from the 60's look rust proof. Said I could have it for 1200 bucks. Problem should bought it...

Movie is called "Challenge" from 1974. A real B grade loser but a good showcase for this C3.
Car is supposed to be a '71, could be a late one as it has the amber turn signals. Could be a '72 also. Color looks like Steel Cities Gray which was available both years. Odometer shows 32K which would be about right for a 3 year old '71. Tach has a 5300 red line which was also available both years so, judging by the small block hood, it's either a 270 HP 350 or a 200 HP 350. Either one could reach 135 MPH but I think that was just filming the speedo with the wheels off the ground. I don't think either car approached those kind of speeds in this chase.
