'Assembly Instruction Manual' 1977 C3
Hey everyone
Do some you guys have a PDF version of the GM issued 'Assembly Instruction Manual' 1977 C3?
I found some paper versions of 'Factory Assembly Manual' on Ebay. But I would like a digital version, so I can print certain pages as much as i want.
Is there actually a difference between 'Factory Assembly Manual' and 'Assembly Instruction Manual'?
I got a Corvette C3 Haynes book, but I don't like it. Just too little information, and pictures.

here's the AIM in PDF format on a CD https://willcoxcorvette.com/catalogs..._year=27&q=aim
Without knowing what you see on Ebay it's difficult to know if it's the same.
here's the Factory Service Manual

I would really encourage you to invest in the factory GM service manual if you are going to be doing service on your car. Factory manuals have so much better explanation esp at the beginning of each chapter/topic. And the pictures and drawings IMO are more helpful than the cryptic assembly manual. After you use a factory service manual, you'll wonder why you ever bothered with Haynes or Chilton (just my personal opinion). You should be able to recoup most your money when you go to sell it.
Cheers!

These manuals have been scanned and reprinted to death...
I purchased my paper version of AIM many years ago so the quality of the print is not to bad.
I scanned and saved each page as .pdf
I then made a Index Page for the AIM in MS Word, then converted that to a .pdf
The green arrow in front of each category is the link, simply click and it will take you to the beginning of that section of the manual.
The 1977 Service Manual is NOT dedicated just to the Corvette, it also includes Chevelle, Camaro, Monte Carlo and Nova
Here is the Index Page I designed for my the AIM.
The Cross Flag Emblem at the bottom of the page is on each of the 503 pages.
Click that emblem and it will take you back to the Index Page
Why did I choose Green text for the Header and Green link Arrows ??????
