Default Cruise-in at Burger King in Manassas, VA

I wanted to go to the cruise-in at the BK in Manassas, VA today but the weather did not cooperate. More rain this week than in VN in 1965! I even vacuumed the interior.

That paint looks flawless and the lines of these cars just look absolutely amazing in red.

More rain than in V.N.! Did you have to cup your hands over your nose in order to breath because the rain was coming down so hard?! (I came. I saw. I ran out of ammunition)

Your car looks great....Eye Candy for sure as robjr67 said.........

"cup your hands over your nose in order to breath" Yeah, but you had all that air in your face from the open door!

The PO did the paint... base coat/clear coat, but up close you can see he did not wet sand the base before adding the clear. But....it looks good from 3 feet and more away and I am pretty sure it is Rally Red or a color so close you can't tell the difference.

Nice car, too bad it's red. JK

I work at Micron real close to that B.K. and I drive by it every day. I've never been as I've always worked on Saturdays. It's been a while since I've seen them gather, do they still do it and is it once a month or what? I've just never looked into it since I work.

I got clued in by robjr67 about the cruise-in. I retired from ATCC just down the street from you on University Blvd. and drove by it every day too. Supposed to be on Sat at 5 PM. If the rain ever stops I'm planning to go next Sat.
