I ordered a ton of stuff from Zip, and I consider them the best Corvette parts vendor.

I've just spent $2,000+ at ZIP over the past month rebuilding the suspension on my 78. Never had an issue and they are on the East Coast, thus I typically receive the parts in 2 days.

They've been nice people to deal with. The quality of parts has been great, fast shipping and if you have a question they will give you an answer or call you back with one if they don't know.

They are good for international shipping , they charge a bit more but I have never had a hassle with any of their deliveries . I have a friend who insists on using another company and he is always complaining how they leave stuff out of his shipments .

I deal with them face to face as they are literally just a couple miles from me. I've been very pleased with their service and they have gone above and beyond the expected for me on a couple occasions. They have taken a little longer than expected on a very rare occasion to get something in they didn't have in stock, but that has by far been the rare exception for me.

I've found most problems can be easily resolved with a friendly phone call. Remember, the person who answers the phone when you call did not directly cause your issue, but they are generally more than happy to help you resolve it if they are not put under attack by an angry caller.

I personally prefer that "personal touch" you get from person to person contact as opposed to electronic communications. Sadly, it seems that most (including many companies) have drifted away from that way of doing business. But keep in mind, I'm an old guy from a bygone time...a time which I'm told was when the dinosaurs roamed freely.
All the best to you...I'm sure whatever your issue is, it will be resolved to your satisfaction.

My only problem with Zip is that they are in my state, so I pay sales tax.
Their website is great, and when parts are ordered during the week, I get them in less than 48 hours.
