Find some used YJ8 or N90 wheels on the Forum or Craigslist. They look much better, and should cost the same or less. They will also have the correct backspace.
I have a set of N90s at the shop waiting to be remounted with low-mileage Cooper Cobras. Tires are currently on aftermarket wheels with incorrect backspacing.

Those are the wheels that I'm currently running and they're in excellent condition. Wanted to switch to the Satin Black AR Torq Thrust wheels.

I figured you must be switching from heavy steel rallye wheels. You already have the best budget 15" aluminum wheels for C3s, and they come mounted with with new tires. Go drive your car!
Seriously, if budget is a concern, save up for 18" wheels and tires and swap when you need them in a year or three.
Wheel, Torq-Thrust D, Aluminum, Matte Black, 15 in. x 8.0 in., 5 x 4.75 in. Bolt Circle, 4.500 in. Backspace
Will they fit without any issues? Also, if someone could provide me with a link for the appropriate lug nuts in black I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance!
I'm still running 15" wheels and tires on my '81. I'm stuck with newer tires also. For now that's what the car will be sporting.
I suggest that you save your money for a larger diameter set of wheels and tires. I've read a bunch of posts about the improvement of handling and ride quality with the larger set ups.
I was a Corvette Rookie when I ordered the 15" wheels and tires. If I knew then what I know now I would have gone with the larger wheel set up.
It's your Vette. Go with any setup you want. There are a few performance tires out there still such as Thompson or Nitto. I'm using both with drag radials.
