I want to personally thank DUB for all his hard work and patience for working with me on an issue I was having
He gave me his home number and he and I work for hours on an issue and in the end thankfully for him sticking with me and over the phone testing and diagnoses we fixed the problem.

When my anti-theft wasn't working DUB was right there on the phone with me walking me through a few things.
