Default What are these wheels?

Hi - could someone tell me what the wheels on this C3 are. Any guesses on the rim and tire sizes, does it look they're offset - rear being wider than front? Also, could anyone with a good eye tell me if you think that this car has been lowered or is sitting on stock suspension. Thanks for any help..

Looks lowered to me and the wheels look like Cragars of old but probably aren't. Wheels I would guess are 17 inch.

They look like Billet Specialties that unfortunately they no longer produce.
Staggered fit. The rears are wider than the front. 17s or 18s. Probably 8" in the front and 9.5" in the rear. 245 tire in the front and 275 tire in the rear. Suspension is lowered.
They also have a stepped lip which is "old school". Flat lip is in now as it makes the rim diameter look bigger.
Of course this is all a guess so don't spend your money based on my assumption.
