Default Fender flare question

I bought a parts car for a completely unrelated reason than the fenders, however, I know these are flared, but how much are they flared, we’re there different sizes?

Were not we’re lol, also, I guess what I’m saying is these do not look like 4” flares to me, more like 2”, was that an option?

There were no factory flared fenders. GM sold flares over the parts counter back in 68 and anything else was aftermarket.

you can measure from the wheel edge to fender lip. and compare to a regular car with same rally wheels.

Chevrolet sold the flares over the counter to aid Corvettes focused on racing. They are shown on my 1968 IMSA/TransAm race car.

I guess I should have been more clear, I know Chevy didn’t offer them from the factory, it just seemed in my research that 4” flares were what people were adding in the rear, and these look closer to 2”, therefore, were 2” rear flares even an option from anybody, over the counter or in the aftermarket period, but I found my answer and some great illustrations to boot, thanks Bats!!
