I was over at a Fiero forum looking in the parts for sale section for Fiero seats, to see if it was a possible source for seats (it was).

I did a search here to see if anyone had done this to a Vette. I only found a reference and a single picture from 2008 or so.
Has anyone seen this on a Vette, or better yet done this.
I would love to only have the headlight door only pop up 3.37" instead of 6.5"
The pic I posted is of 90mm Hella headlights that a member on another forum built. To make the headlight housings open at a lower height, a single piece of the linkage needs to be replaced with a new one made from steel or aluminum. The template to make that new piece is available for download on another forum.
BTW, I bought all he parts to do the Hella 90mm projector conversion, but I have since decided to go a different route. If anyone is interested, I will sell it all for a good price. This conversion is not a bolt-in, it will require cutting the headlight housings and coming up with a way of mounting the projectors.
