Hey everybody.
This has been giving me fits for a week or so now. How did you guys press your new bushing sleeves into the control arms? Is it as simple as a shop press and a support piece cut to support the span between the "arms" of the control arm? Or is there another way you guys have done this successfully? Seems like the old ones came out much easier than these are going in, help please!
I purchased this Control Arm Bushing tool a couple years ago. I use it to remove the old bushings and install the new bushings. It has saved a ton of aggravation and it doesn't bend the A-Arm.

Hopefully I can rent one from an auto parts store. Thank you much sir!
I have the same tool as shown by slapjack9. It presses out the old bushing and presses in the new bushing without damaging the control arm. Check on ebay for "GM control arm bushing tool" for about $40.
Just finished rebuild of my front suspension about a month ago. First time for me. Did it like the guy in the video. It helped to put the bushings in the freezer overnight. Just take your time and keep them going in straight.

They Look great! If I can get my hands on a press I'll probably go that route, but I need to check the local auto parts places first.
