Greetings from Fayetteville, NC! just wanted to say hello. First Vette owner here. Picked up a 1972 with 454 as my retirement gift to myself from the Army. Look forward to using the site and picking everyone’s head.

Congratulation and nice look car but it's not a 1973 unless someone modded it over the years. It's a '70-'72. Does it have the fiber optics lamp monitoring system? If so then it's a '70 or '71 as it was discontinued in 1972. 1973's had rubber front bumpers, cowl induction hood and smooth front 1/4 side vents.

BTW - I grew up in Fayetteville in the '70's

Welcome to the thrill of owning and driving America's only true sports car, and Summer is here, so have some fun.

Thank You for your service, and enjoy your retirement.

Funny thing when I retired I bought my first C4, which had lot of fun driving.

Thank you for the support! I do plan on restoring it but right now she is too fun to drive. Still trying to get the flat spot out when you are at an idle but still a blast to work on as well hahaha
