Hi guys. So Monday I finally did it... I picked up a 1972 convertible and joined the ranks of Corvette owners. From when I was a baby, among the first things I would say are the makes and models of all the cars as my mom pushed me along in a stroller. I've been a Corvette fan my whole life, and even though I'm young, had the ability to pick one up! Complete frame off restoration a few years back... factory air, power steering, power brakes.
First things I want to do? Get the steering box looked at, and make sure the A/C is well-charged. Other than that, this puppy is get-up-and-go ready to rock.
Thanks for some of the guys here who gave me a word or two of advice along the way. I owe at least one of you a drive-by and cup of coffee.
Of course, my wife got the first sit-down in the driver's seat after the car got home.
