It's worth whatever the buyer is willing to pay.

AV81 might be interested. He's looking to cover some wall space.

Various 10'x20' back drops are all over Ebay for $100 including shipping. How much more or less this one is worth depends on how bad someone wants a 1978 Corvette back drop.

oh this is neat!
but unfortunately I think it's going to be to big to command a good price, but I i'd say it's pretty rare

What shape can it be in after all these years being stored? Put it on living room wall. See what the wifey says..

I like it a lot, though. It would be pretty cool I suppose if you had an acreage.

Cool. If I had that I definitely would buy one of those for $100 and put it there - I love those Silver Anniversarys! We might have a garage wall that tall, but all our garage walls are covered by all manner of tools and what not.

Each dealership was sent on of these when the SA cars came out... I'm fortunate enough to actually have two of them (not for sale), and I own the car (25k miles 4 speed, no tilt, no defrost and manual windows, L-82 with that god ugly red interior) One came from our old dealership and one from a dealer in GA when I bought a customer out in Newnan Ga of his used parts. They really are neat looking.
When you look at them up close they just look like a silly mess of + and -, but when you back up the car comes to life. It's really kind of neat for sure...
My original plans were to put one up on the back wall of the shop but I've got a bunch of old crazy signs hanging there so this won't be an option. Honestly I don't know what I'm going to do with them. I've considered laminating it on plywood with a clear coat on top to preserve it. But again.... it's just another project for me down the road....

The Silver Anniversary billboard was sold by Chevrolet in 1978. They were advertised in a 2 page spread in the December 1977 issue of Car & Driver Magazine, and sold for the lofty price of $11.50. The CECO Publishing Co. in Warren MI, printed and mailed the billboards. The billboard was made up of 12 sheets, that you assembled to create your own billboard. They were shipped in a 13"x40", heavy brown paper sleeve.
New, unused copies of the Silver Anniversary come up from time to time, usually for $200-$300, though I've seen them advertised for as much as $600. An unassembled, NOS one with it's original mailing sleeve, sold at Barrett-Jackson a few years ago for around $800, but that's Barrett-Jackson.
I still have one in the sleeve, that I've saved.

I'm not sure, so don't hold my foot to the coals... it's only been 25 years since I looked at them....
I think mine is the real bill board size not the 22 foot one... I'll see if I can find the things and see later today and post back.
