68 rear valance Q?

68 rear valance Q?
ok I just removed this from my 68 I just bought. There Is no cut outs for exh and it has a side rib for mounting too the rear quarter, like a 65 side exh rear valance has. there are no back up light holes in either. My car was a under car exh. None side exh. But someone at some point put Hooker side pipes on it. It is black glass and a NOS piece obviously. What do I have? The part number says it’s a 68-69? Fill me in guys!! It’s going up for sale so I can get the proper one with back up lights. Thanks Troy.

thats a rear valance for a 69 w/ side exhaust, looks like an original pc very nice
