I have original Ralley steel wheels on my 1975 L-48. Are thes 15x7 or 15x8?

Thank you. I was getting new tires last weekend and one of them seems to be bent. When on the balance machine is wobbles very slightly and so I am going to buy another.I would imagine that this would cause vibration at higher speeds.
