What's amazing is how much the surroundings have changed since. Look at the service department and mechanic's (now technicians and rightfully so) uniform.

Great photo - again, thanks for posting. Reserve (Ebay) not met in California - always a California car assuming - never winter driven. I always thought you could trust car salesmen, Flea Bay and the good old interweb (LOL) Anyways - it still looks pretty decent today.

Here's my new 69
Also bought in California..December 15th, 1968.
I still own the car... In the process of restoration right now .. (about to be painted)
It's an L46 .. Fathom Green... Bought at Baher Chevrolet in... paid $5600 for it.
I was 25 when the photo was taken... I am (throat clearing) closing in on 75 years old.
