Default Door Panels..buying new

anybody have any input on door panels they have purchased? I need to order them both and going to try to get with as much hardware/trim attached as can. I see several venders sell them but looking for opinions on those who have bought.. good quality and close to orig? happy with purchase? thanks as always. I'm ordering aluminized exhaust too but still trying to determine which place on that too.

I replace my 1970 driver side with a Corvette America panel. The fit and finish was good. It does have a plastic backing instead of the hard cardboard found on the originals. Some people mentioned in the forum the need to heat the plastic due to fitting issues, I did not have to make any modifications to get it to fit. Hope that helps...

I ordered through willcox which i believe is corvette america for an 80. Fit was great and material didnt feel cheap. I applied dynamat to the inside of the door panel and i think it helped... all i can compare it to where the door panels I had before which were falling apart.

stingraygene - These are the Corvette America door panels I installed in my '74. Very nice fit and top notch quality. These were ordered as standard door panels that I moved all of my deluxe hardware over to. Hope this helps!

I am glad everyone is happy with the Corvette America door panels.

I purchased a leather set for my '81 and they fit like crap.
The top doesn't fit over the door shell correctly.
I have bent the little tabs on the shell to make it fit tighter but no cigar.
Thinking about using heat gun next.

Al Knocks, redid my complete interior, Door Panels, seats, and carpet from them. Very satisfied with the interior.
