I wouldnt, they are just too old. You need to drive it, see how it runs and feels.
Anything can be painted up (esp underneath)just to look good for resale.
When you see a "rebuilt" engine start asking questions, who did it what was done, bet they cant answer it.
Now who forgets who rebuilt it? Just an opinion but people/companies that build to selll are taking every shortcut known to man.
