Default Side pipe install help

I'm sure many of you have done this before, & before I make a mistake, I have a question about putting on my hooker headers for side pipes.
I was thinking while I have the motor easy to access with the body off, now would be the time to bolt the headers to the block. Easy access from above and no problems getting them in, right??
Or, will they be a huge pain to work around when setting the body back on the frame. I'm thinking the #1 body mount on both sides might be a pain to get at. Are there other issues I haven't thought about, that they may make harder to do with them in place before the body gets bolted on?
Should I wait, or do it now before the body is on?
Any experience is appreciated!

I would wait. The headers are not that difficult to install with the body on.

I also put the headers on first and then placed the body on the frame. I had no issues with #1 mount.
