I purchased a nice 1970 rolling chassis and it came with three of these wheels, and one tractor trailer wheel on it so it could roll. The back spacing was not for the corvette. I put 1/2" spacers on the wheels to stop the rubbing and it worked well. Anyway, please let me know if you recognize them, just a little more than curious what they may be.

Hemi John nailed it Dave. These were kind of a bargain basement mag sold in the 80's.
One of the dealerships I worked at used to order lots of these for the styling dept. as a cheap "dress up" for some of the used cars.
I think the 4th plain steel wheel you have is worth more
