Fuse block

1978 C3 Could someone tell me where the fuse block is located and my interior dash light are very very dim Cause ??? Thanks

Drivers side foot well, just out of reach of a normal sized person. Being a contortionist will help accessing the fuses. Wrong bulbs, bad battery, bad ground(s). Make sure the lights are properly mounted. Check voltage at the bulbs.

try turning your headlight switch around and still dim?
