Air Filter

Hi, I am new on the Forum and hope that someone can help with my question. I have a 1982 Collector Edition, cross fire injection vette, show car, and I have been trying to find 2 Fram air filters # CA 3649. I found out that Fram is the only company that makes my specific size. It Is, outside 9.296 (9 3/8"), inside 7.469 (7 1/2"), height 1.75 (1 3/4").

I would appreciate any help

Original Declo filter A824C is still available, why does it have to be Fram?

Not only is the correct Delco filter still available, but they look a lot better than the orange Fram filters.

I too have a 82CE....I bought the K&N version of the oem filter. Hang the cost. Easily available. Has the flame arrestor screen as well.

Make sure you check the oval shaped gaskets UNDER the air cleaner assy....pretty important!.
