Hi,
Can someone tell me how to clean that spots?
I don't know if is alluminium or iron or steel

Rocker panels are aluminum, with a clear anodized plated finish. Chances are, the only way to remove the "spots", is to strip the anodizing off of them, and then polish the aluminum. The problem is that once the anodizing is removed, the aluminum will continue to stain and spot, requiring regular polishing, to maintain the finish.

Here's something you can try ! It would take extreme effort with this to remove the anodizing from the rockers and it is made for aluminum! The only place you can buy it is at Lowe's where the truck tool boxes are ! Can be done by hand or a buff wheel on a drill !

You could clear coat it once you get the stains removed.
