Default weird C3 engine number

Hi overthere, question from France; I'm offered a "C3"engine 350 but the nr is one I can not identify. 112409 Can someone shine his bright light on it please? Is this a C3 nr. I browsed the engine number sites but can not find a clue. The cast nr is gone...? Engine runs very sweetly but....??? Thanks in advance. Oh yes, I found a casting saying T18 and CONV1 on the backside

I don't think either is a factory stamp. What is the casting number of the engine?

Thank you guys, (sorry for the delay/ timediference). The rebuid date sounds very logical. The seller told me that the engine was rebuild in 09 or 10. Did not see it as a date...

Sometime 6's and 8's for the casting look a lot alike. If a 386 block then a 1969 4-bolt

That 388 block was used to make 350 cubic inch motors for any '69 car or truck. It is not specific to any engine combination. Block castings are just generic. Could be used on anything from a station wagon to a 350/350 Corvette.
