'74 rear bumper
When I disassembled my '74 about seven yrs ago the poly rear bumper was pretty much rotted away...much of it had already fallen off...the car had been stored inside for 20+ yrs..my question is can you mount the rear tail lights and then install a new fiberglass rear bumper or do you have to install the bumper then the tail lights??

...I believe it doesn't matter on a '74. The '74 is unique to all the other rubber bumpered C3's as the taillights on a '74 are independent of the rear bumper as the '74 is the only one with no screws that go through the taillight, then through the bumper like the '75-'82's do.
