Check to make sure your fiberglass nose hasnt moved. Mine came up off the underlying frame and resulted in the front lights not being able to open. I had to use epoxy and get the fiberglass back in place. I could open it but then to make sure I had plenty of space and that it was even lines i use a dremel to smooth it out and make some space. Headlights work perfectly now and lines are good.
Thanks I’ll check that I’m getting the car today
Do you have any advice on bodywork as the car has what the owner calls alligatoring marks on the driver door and left rear panel it’s not bad just noticeably when close
csn that be buffed out it’s going to be a driver car not showroom type so I’m not concerned too much
Once you get the car clean it up, compound and wax and see what it looks like. Go from there. My car looks good from 10 ft away but when you get close you see all sorts of nicks, scratches etc but i drive this car. I went to walmart to pickup some kcups and half and half today in it.
If it can be fixed with some touch up paint and wet sanding then great. If its extensive see what you wanna do if terms of painting the car or even wrapping it.
