Putting car back together from replacing brake booster...as soon as I hooked up battery tail lights came came on, (light switch turned off). Looked at brake switch under dash and plunger is not touching pedal stop. Should plunger be adjusted so pushed in when brake at rest, and plunger released when brakes applied? Was there by myself so didn't have a lookout to help.
