Very nice but high miles compared to the '72 green 454 automatic coupe with 489 miles that was posted on the forum a while back.

I’d love to know what the measurements are for the stock height. I guess that would be the distance between the ground and the top of the wheel opening for both front and rear.

The car has been setting on the springs for 46 years do you not think that they may have sagged some after all those years? Just saying.

I think that's heat shielding. My car, which is mostly original has that as well.

Gentlemen, that is factory RFI shielding for cars which left St. Louis with an optional radio.

...there was a collector out of Ft. Wayne Indiana that had a collection of probably 20ish C3 cars with 4miles to 7K original miles that I got to judge in the early 2000's in the midwest at many NCRS shows that I attended. This car in the article, while gorgeous & stunning, was just typical of what this collector had. Plus he had a few LT-1s, 427 cars & a 454 car or to. Also had like a 7mile '78 Pace Car & '82 Collector Ed. with next to zero miles.
