Default How often do you drive your C3?

Seeing as it's wintertime, I thought I'd ask how often you guys drive yours. I try to drive mine every day as long as the weathers nice. The only thing stopping me from always driving it is my insurance keeps me at 7500 miles a year.

Mine isn't my daily driver, I live in FL and I can't show up @ work with my shirt soaked in sweat (due to no A/C), but I drive it as often as possible, especially now that things have cooled off. I average about 100 miles a week on mine and I love every mile behind the wheel of my '69

If the weather is nice, I drive mine to work once a week or so.

" How often do you drive your C3? ...my insurance keeps me at 7500 miles a year."

Nowhere near often enough. I haven't kept track exactly but I'm sure no where near 7500 miles in the nine years I've owned it.

You’re doing a pretty wicked project though, along with living in Canada, weather can’t be as nice year round

I drive mine so often from April to November I lower the top in the Spring and don't put it back up until its time to put the cover on for the winter. (unless I get caught in the rain)

Ive come close to selling it a few times, but usually what stops me is Im reminded how often I drive it.

Kinda Funny, in the last 3 years, 10 miles. I been doing a on body restoration on my 1972 convertible.Working up in the radiator area. Working so much. Can’t get much done, but I see the light out of the tunnel. This spring.👍

Not as much as I would like. Being its winter, my 1971 and my 1985 only go out on Sunny weekends. Otherwise they are in the garage, on battery tenders with full tanks of gas.

I’ve put 25k miles on mine since Nov 09’, however the car has been down since April of this year for a resto. Hopefully it’ll be running by January. We pretty much drive all year long down here in Houston, at least on non rainy days.

I try to get it out at least once a month.
That will change after I complete the resto/mod.
With everything new I will trust it more.

I put just over 500 miles on my Vette this past year. It pretty much only gets driven when I take the hot young stripper wife out to dinner on Saturday nights.

If it’s not raining and I’m not meeting a client, I’ll take the corvette anywhere I need to go.

Sometimes ill I’ll take it to see a client...

In the 2+ years of owning my 77, i have put 3500 miles per year. She comes out every weekend, weather permitting, and occasionally to work.

Me either... not yet, anyway. We`re still working on it. I can`t WAIT to get it finished.... living in the land of perpetual sunshine, and close to retirement, I expect to be driving it at least a couple times a week...year round.
