That’s sad to hear. I didn’t always love the cars, but the show was enjoyable. I also liked his unapologetic attitude about his country. Those voices don’t last long on TV.

I checked their web site. They are growing like mad, and still hiring. Good for the hobby.

My only dislike is the clown cars. I have seen him do three or four, and he needs to say no. I understand making a buck, but it will hurt him in the long run.

This shop is just a couple of minutes from my house. If any of you want something signed by them, let me know and I can swing through and see if they are willing. Never been to the shop, but have passed it hundreds of times.

They appear to do nice work. Hard to judge from a TV show, not seeing the finished product up close.
What I wondered about was whether changing the profile of the hood to match the fenders was covering a problem with the front clip being distorted.
If this is the case, no other hood will work without reshaping.

The hoods warp over time. I have the same dip in mine, and I just may use the same trick. It came out very good.

Everyone of these cars is different. The hood that fits one car well may not fit another well at all.

I really like the show and hopefully they renew. Besides the fake drama where everything is the end of the world until you come back from commercial and it was nothing is the people that spend 100K on a 15K car. I’m all for sentimental value and know there are people that can throw 100K out the window but please. If its sentimental stick it in the garage and buy the same car mint for 15K and drive it!
