back glass molding
On a 1978 silver/charcoal car is the molding around the back glass blacked out, half blacked out, or unpainted.

Thanks for the info, I have driven Corvettes since I was a teenager in the late 60s, but never owned an automatic, a coupe, or a C3. This year the plan is to buy a 78 silver/charcoal automatic and update it with overdrive, fuel injection and a softer fiber rear leaf. Basically I want a user friendly daily driver. This is also for my wife, she likes sports cars but doesn't drive a stick anymore. After I find the car I'll be back to pick you C3 guys brains on updating the car.
