If anyone read my intro thread they will know that I am looking for a 68-72 C3, I have been to see a few, they seem ti cary wildly in price and condition. I went to see a black 68 thats on sale for $28,500 however it had some issues and I was wondering if people could let me know if these are serious or could be fixed reasonably easy. I will arrange a thorough inspection but dont want to pay the price if there are some serious obvious gotchas. I live in the LA County area and I can inspect it, if you'd like. I looked at the pictures and so far, so good. But up close and personal is what counts when you're looking at a C3 Corvette. I had an auto restoration shop for five years in the North LA County area and I know my Chevy's pretty well. PM me, when you have a chance. I am free for the weekend, starting tomorrow.
