81 dimmer switch

I think you're the only person in the world who knows where this went 🐴
what happened was I took that little box off the side that the tilt lever goes into,
was trying to change the turn signal lever which broke off I didn't remove the lever so I just drilled the drilled the hole and tapped in the new threads into the old lever and just screwed it in there which is kind of Mickey Mouse but I don't know how the hell to to change that thing and then when I popped off that cover the dimmer actuator and that metal clip fell out.
just making sure when I put that little box back on at the dimmer actuator is greased into that little square nipple inside the box cover rather than putting it next to the metal rod inside first I hope I do this right cuz I want the dimmer switch to work
