Default 68 Instrument cluster bezel

Wonder if someone can tell me the point where it differ between "68 early" and "68 late" on the instrument cluster bezel. The late seems to have a wiper override switch?

Thanks for help!

"Late" has a wiper override tell-tale which lights up when the over ride is on.

What I was wondering is when they differ on it; ie win number or a build date

I have the old NCRS 68-69 manual and it states that 68's from S/N 13,723 and later have the over ride light. Lou.
