No early payoff and I can stretch out the payments for ten years at 2% compounded daily.

I grew up in Corona, still have family there.
Back then, Temecula was a post office, a hitching post and tumble weeds.
It has grown into a nice place.
I will agree that Napa Valley wine is somewhat over rated.
